I was diagnosed with PCOS at 14 after missing my period for 18 months. As a child, I struggled with anorexia and was extremely underweight.
After the diagnosis, I gained weight rapidly and began dealing with bloating, digestive issues, fatigue, high testosterone, hair loss, and anxiety. Over the years, I was prescribed multiple birth controls, and over 12 different prescription medications. Doctors always said I’d never heal and to just come back when I wanted to conceive. In college, lost and confused on what to eat, I became pre-diabetic, experienced severe digestive issues, and hit rock bottom when my sister had to inject me with medication weekly.
I tried every diet and even prepped for a bodybuilding show, this helped me shed a few pounds, but nothing brought healing. In 2023, I stopped obsessing over calories, switched to whole foods and clean ingredients, prioritized low-impact movement, and built trust with my body. I lost 40 pounds and reversed every symptom I was told I’d always have. I originally became a certified trainer to help myself, but now I’m blessed to coach women to heal from the inside out and become the most radiant version of themselves: physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Nope! You can follow the program from home if you don’t have access to a gym. Most workouts are low-impact and can be bodyweight-based, with options to use light dumbbells or resistance bands.
